We use only Australia Post Parcel Rates. Each state has different rates. We must take a box, put your goods in it, measure & weigh it up and by your post code determine which area you live in and go by the chart. There is a basic rate, plus a per kilo rate. We only send registered mail at your request and at your cost (please use special instructions box) at Australia Post Rates. This will give you added protection and some insurance cover if lost.

Why don't we have set rates: Let's say a person orders candy which weighs 2 kilos and someone orders soda which weighs 10 kilos. If I were to set a rate per box than the box weighing 2 kilos would be paying the same as a box that was 10 kilos? Doesn't seem fair - does it. Our goal is to charge you the same thing as Australia post charges us.

We wrap our glass in bubble wrap and paper and cans in paper. The boxes will leave our premises in excellent condition. If the parcel is lost and no parcel registration was taken we cannot take liability. Please note that some items are more difficult to send then others eg. crisps. However we will take every precaution to minimise damage.
